2023-2024
Students will sign up for a minimum of one semester commitment.
Tuition may be paid for the entire semester in full, or divided into monthly payments.
Unused lessons or cancellation before the end of the semester will not be refunded or prorated. Your tuition reserves a weekly spot on the teacher's schedule,
and serves as a commitment to the student's attendance.

Policies/Payment
Semesters
Fall Semester: August - December 2023
Spring Semester: January - May 2024
Students must commit to a minimum of one semester.
*Complete 15 lessons per semester, one absence without makeup allowable
Attendance Policy
There are 20 weeks per semester. This leaves 5 weeks for scheduled holidays, and absences. Your lesson time is your weekly reservation, regardless of attendance. This policy is in place to ensure regular attendance, and to ease the burden of expenses and scheduling on both teacher and student/parent.
What will not be made up:
Sports events
Special occasions (birthdays/celebrations)
Vacations
Doctor appointments
Student illness (without 24 hr. notice)

*There will be 1 makeup day per semester. Students may be asked to schedule for an available spot in the teacher's schedule, or for a makeup day. Please schedule absences wisely.

Payments
Payments can be made monthly, or as one semester payment. Monthly payments will be due the first of each month. No lesson will be given until payment is received. No refunds on unused portions of lessons/semester.
